The Doodle Factory primarily follows a 'NO RETURN NO REFUND Policy'. However, we would like to provide our customers complete satisfaction and we are aware that in special circumstances we need to make our policy flexible. Please read through regarding our policy for the following items:
There will be no refunds on the Art-for-Adults or Kids classes missed by the participants. For special circumstances please write to email@example.com so we can evaluate your case.
Once the workshop fees are paid they are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you have a grievance you may write to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can evaluate if you might be eligible for an exchange instead.
If you receive a damaged product, or a book that has missing pages or a misprinted section of pages you can send us pictures of the said damage and we can evaluate if we can send you a replacement for the piece or a refund.
In the event we send you a replacement for a faulty product you will have to mail the item in a secure condition to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If we consider that you are eligible for a refund of exchange we will send you a mail. On receipt of our mail confirming the exchange you may send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
